Welcome to Mystery Bliss! By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms:

 

  1. Product Information: Each bundle contains a selection of items. We do not accept specific requests for items inside the bundles, as this is part of the mystery experience. Preferred colours and themes are accepted based on stock availability.

  2. Order Changes: Order changes may not be possible once an order has been processed.

  3. Pricing & Payment: All prices are listed in Euros € and are subject to change. Payment must be made in full at checkout using the provided payment methods.

  4. Order Processing: We aim to process all orders within 7 business days. Additional time may be required before posting your video on TikTok.

  5. Shipping: Worldwide shipping is available. Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout. Orders outside the European Union may be subject to customs or additional fees and the customer is responsible for the costs incurred.

  6. Delivery Times: Delivery times may vary based on location and delivery service. Delays that are outside our control might occur due to various circumstances (e.g. extreme weather conditions, holidays, customs etc.)
  7. Liability: Mystery Bliss is not liable for any damages or losses associated with delays, customs fees or misuse of products.

  8. Returns & Refunds: Due to the nature of mystery bundles, we do not offer refunds or returns.

  9. Free Gifts: Every order includes complimentary items. These items are a gift from us to you and cannot be exchanged.

  10. Sales Orders: All sales orders are final.

  11. Privacy: We respect your privacy and will never share your personal information without your consent.

  12. Intellectual Property: All content, including images and text, is the property of Mystery Bliss and may not be used without permission.
  13. Changes to Terms: Mystery Bliss reserves the right to update or change these terms at any time. You should review them periodically for updates.
